Your journey at Rémy Cointreau
Why did you join Rémy Cointreau and more specifically the House of Rémy Martin?
It is rather a life path that brought me to Rémy Martin. I knew the Rémy Cointreau group and my experience in the world of flavors and oenology allowed me to bring different skills to the laboratory. I liked the possibility of joining the tasting committee as an apprentice at first and this is one of the reasons why I wanted to join Rémy Martin.
What do you like the most about working in this company?
I appreciate and share the values of the Group. On a daily basis, I am enthusiastic about passing on the know-how specific to the world of Cognac. I like the perspective of cultivating the long term: working today while looking ahead to the decades to come. I am proud to participate in the selection of the eaux-de-vie; and to be – with the tasting commission and the cellar master – the guarantors of the quality and excellence of Rémy Martin cognacs.
Why should a candidate apply to Rémy Cointreau and what advice would you give him/her to succeed ?
Working at Rémy Cointreau means being part of a dynamic group where people are valued and where there are many opportunities for development. It is a group on a human scale: the interactions between the different entities of the group are real; between the different departments, daily and between the different professions, exciting. Working at Rémy Cointreau means combining the quest for excellence with a thirst for discovery. A word of advice? be authentic and sincere … like our products!
